Tahko centre is situated on the lake side in Kuopio, eastern Finland. Tahko, a popular holiday destination, is located on the other side of the bay.

Alluring tourism

The village is divided into flexible sub-areas to enable construction phasing. Each area has its own functional character.

Village streets and routes

The area has a variety of pleasant routes on a village scale. Vehicular traffic is externalized and parking located close to local highway intersections.

The scenic village adds a cosy counterpoint to the imposing Tahkovuori mountain.
