New student housing in Jyväskylä

Student apartments of 12 000 m² floorspace to be built in the Nuuskakuja area, in close proximity to the city’s gridiron planned central area and the university district. For the residential block’s zoning plan we developed its own ’Urban Village’ design concept. Building design commences autumn 2019.
