Diverse housing in Samulinniitty, Jyväskylä

INARO has made a reference plan for the Samulinniitty residential area in Jyväskylä. The town plan proposal has been on display in Jyväskylä earlier this autumn. The plan’s diverse housing solutions support a mixed demographic structure. The design area was divided into four parts, where the buildings are placed in subtly tilting rows. The direction of the rows and gable roofs gives the area a uniform look, and between the building rows, long views open through the area.
