The redevelopment of Mellunmäki’s center is moving forward

The detail plan proposal for Mellunmäki’s center was greenlit by the city this week. INARO is involved in the project, designing a new 16-storey tower for HOAS. The building draws its character from Mellunmäki’s existing postmodern architecture: its playful, rounded form references the architecture of the 1980s, and its blue coloration echoes the façades of the metro station.
