The construction of Kaarlenkatu infill housing has begun

Kaarlenkatu infill housing brings a hint of freshness to an existing urban setting, without stealing the show. The developer is Lapti Oy and, according to the preliminary schedule, the building will be completed in May 2022. There will be 44 apartments, in a range of apartment types from functional studios to larger family homes.
