Postipuisto under construction

A new residential area with homes for almost 6,000 inhabitants is being built next to Helsinki Central Park in Pohjois-Pasila in the area of the former land transport centre. The first sites have been under construction since the end of 2019. The rental housing we designed – commissioned by Avara and built by Fira – will host 60 apartments and will be completed by the end of August 2021.
