Multisensory housing in Jätkäsaari

Samoan Fale in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki is under construction. There will be 44 apartments in the residential building commissioned by Rakennusteho. The apartments are mainly spacious 3 to 4 room family apartments with a couple of larger two-storey apartments. Special attention has been paid to multisensory design and accessibility. Interesting cityscape is created with the exceptional roof shape and the mass being divided into smaller sections with zones of conservatories.
