Koroistentie plan proposal on public display

The planning proposal for Koroistentie 10, based on the reference plan created by INARO, is now on public display. The block forms a new gentler corner for Tilkanmäki. The colorful buildings of varying heights offer a fresh interpretation of the traditional Ruskeasuo architecture and the site’s rocky terrain of Tilkanmäki is introduced into the courtyard, seamlessly connecting the block to the surrounding park. The small park near the round ‘cotton-reel’ kiosk – which ground floor commercial premises may be able to use as part of their operations in the future – is to be further developed.
