Gem-to-be in downtown Helsinki

INARO is designing an exceptional new housing block on Kaarlenkatu in Kallio, Helsinki. A unified cityscape has been achieved by drawing inspiration from the surrounding 1920s brick buildings. The housing plans have been carefully thought out and the building will host a diverse selection of apartments, including large family homes. The developer is Lapti Oy and, according to the preliminary schedule, the building will be completed in May 2022.
