Gabled Residential Trio Completed in Oulunkylä

The HEKA Mestarintie 18 and HASO Käskynhaltijantie 48 residential buildings were completed in Oulunkylä at the end of June. The ensemble is carefully integrated into its surroundings through its pitched roofscape, brick-toned façades, and rhythmic window pattern. Subtle variations in brick hues and jointing lend each building a distinct identity. The development provides 47 municipal rental apartments and 78 right-of-occupancy dwellings.
