Designing for Circularity with Timber

INARO worked in close collaboration with Sweco to develop a mixed-use adaptable building concept for Stora Enso. The goal of the project was to find a timber structure that could host both a hotel and an office either simultaneously in different floors of a building or at different times during the building’s lifespan, and thus extending the potential use of the building. We created a modular system that supports both uses and can be adapted to varying scenarios.
