Rakennusteho’s log apartment building in pre-marketing

As. Oy Helsingin Mäntytorni has received a building permit and has been well received in Rakennusteho’s pre-marketing. Mäntytorni is Helsinki’s first log apartment building, and it will be built in a prominent location in Oulunkylä, along Käskynhaltijantie and the tram line. The hybrid structure of the building makes it possible that the log surfaces can be left visible in the apartments.
