A trio of gabled blocks under construction in Oulunkylä

A complex of three buildings, consisting of rental and right-of-occupancy housing owned by the City of Helsinki, is under construction in Oulunkylä. These projects complete the infill development along tram line 15 on the southern side of Käskynhaltijantie. The buildings blend into the surrounding architecture with their gabled roofs, brick tones, and regular window patterns. Subtle variations in brick color and grouting style give each building a slightly differing character.
