First Building Permit Submitted for Melkinlaituri Block

The first projects in the block, Merikruunu and Aaltokruunu, will bring 49 homes to the waterfront, including loft apartments and stunning sea views. Based on the winning design of last year’s invited architectural competition organized by Hausia, the block will be built in a prime location alongside Naurunpuisto park in Jätkäsaari.
