General Plan for Green Transition

INARO, together with Finnmap Infra, is preparing a generalplan for the Hepomäki area in Kuopio, commissioned by the City of Kuopio. The goal is to attract new businesses related to the circular economy, green transition, and clean energy to the area. The master plan will present alternative proposals for the future land use and transport network of the area. The master plan is part of the Green Transition Feasibility Study for Hepomäki, also known as the Hevisiirto project. The project is funded by the EU’s Just Transition Fund (JTF) through the North Savo Regional Council.
